How to get to El Misti Hostel

From the airport or the Rodoviaria Novo Rio (the bus station), take the Real bus, get off in Copacabana on Avenida Atlántica and Siqueira Campos. Walk 350 meters up Siqueira Campos until you get to Rua Tonelero. Look for the house with the number 197!

From the Rodoviaria (bus station) you can also take the local buses 126,127 or 128 and get off on Avenida Barata Ribeiro and Siqueira Campos, Rua Toneleros would be the next parallel street, try asking for the subway station, everyone knows it, after finding our street, look for the number 197.

Using the Metro (subway), get off in the station Siqueira Campos and walk a half a block towards the beach and again you'll run into our street, Tonelero.

To get from Copacabana to downtown, Ipanema, Leblon, Lapa, Sugar Loaf or Christ the Redeemer, you can walk, or just as easily take a bus or the metro. Both can be found just 50-100 meters from the house.

From Any of the Airports
(Galeão or GIG and Santos Dumont or SDU):

Take the "REAL"bus, you will have to get down of the bus in Copacabana at the "Siqueira Campos" street, then look for the subway station(It is also called Siqueira Campos), we are located in front of it at the 197 of the Tonelero street.

From the Bus Station

(or Rodoviaria)

You can take the busses nº 126,127, 128, 132, 136 or any that says Copacabana get down when the bus reach the Siqueira Campos street. We are right in front of the subway station(as showed on the map

Just in case you are getting here from somewhere else here in Rio there´s also the posibility to take the subway, in this case you will get down at the Siqueira Campos station and walk headind to the beach, use the map above to se where we are
